The oven has one inlet and one outlet. The interior chamber of the oven has been modeled as heated from the bottom surface. The distribution of nitrogen gas fed into the oven has been investigated to determine the presence of dead zones.
The homogeneity of the gas distribution inside the oven has been studied by analyzing it at different inlet temperatures. The selection of the fan to be used has been made based on the gas distribution inside the oven.
Through this study, the gas distribution and temperature behavior inside the oven have been observed through computer-based analysis and modeling before the oven is manufactured."
